Usage Guidelines

This app is for authorised staff at Jalna Dairy Foods to view and manage production rosters.

• Rosters may change. Confirm any questions or shift changes with your manager or supervisor.
• Only update information you are authorised to manage.
• Keep your login details secure and treat staff and roster information as confidential.
• Report errors or technical issues through Report a Bug. For urgent roster matters, contact your manager or supervisor directly.

• Daily view — shows team assignments for a selected date. Use the date controls to navigate between days.
• Weekly view — shows the full week's roster in a grid. Use the week navigator to move between weeks.
• Annual Leave — records approved leave for Full Timers and shows who is away on a given date.
• Performance — displays daily production output and KG attainment by line and SKU.
• Attainment — tracks carton and KG targets against actuals across shifts.
• Hours — reports total, Full Timer, Casual, and Machine hours by week.
• Budget — shows week-by-week headcount budgets against rostered numbers.
• Employee — lists Full Timers, Casuals, and Management. Supervisors and admins can add and edit records.
